We have 40 round tables, 159 grey trestle tables, 800 foldable chairs, 5 sections of bleacher seating, holding 500 people. Pipe and drape to section parts of the arena, staging and lighting. A marquee can be added for the wow factor. Plus 2 rooms on the events balcony can also be utilised at an extra cost.
We have a number of preferred vendors that we use, but you’re more than welcome to use your own, providing they can provide us with the documents we require for the safe running of the event, e.g., Risk assessments, insurance and PAT testing certificates.
A 20% non-refundable deposit is taken upon booking and completion of a hire form. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event date booking.
